1) What we do

myframe lets you upload photos (e.g., selfies) and apply a “style” (color, pose, expression, environment, details, etc.) to generate new images of you. We process your content to create outputs; results may vary from previews.

2) Agreement

By creating an account or using myframe, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

3) Eligibility & accounts

  • You must be 16+ (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use myframe.
  • Keep your login secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4) Subscriptions, pricing & cancellations

  • Subscriptions grant you a daily generation limit that resets at midnight UTC. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (weekly or yearly) unless canceled.
  • We may change subscription pricing or daily limits. We'll notify users at least 30 days in advance of material changes. Changes apply to renewals, not current periods.
  • You can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access until the period ends.
  • If an output fails due to a processing error, it does not count toward your daily limit.
  • Refunds and subscription cancellations follow our Refund Policy. We may deny refunds for misuse or policy violations.

5) Acceptable use (what's not allowed)

You agree not to:

  • Upload or generate content that is illegal, exploits or depicts minors, or includes explicit nudity/sexual content.
  • Infringe others' rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, likeness) or use someone else's image without valid permission.
  • Harass, defame, or violate any third-party rights or laws.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, probe, or attempt to extract our prompts, system instructions, or other trade secrets.
  • Bypass our UI or rate limits, build or use an unapproved API, or automate access except via our web app.
  • Interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or test security without written consent.

We may suspend or terminate your account and cancel your subscription without refund for violations. Severe violations may lead to legal action.

6) Your content & licenses

  • You own the photos and other content you upload (“User Content”).
  • You grant Chelodo B.V. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display your User Content solely to provide the service (including creating outputs and allowing you to view/download them).
  • We do not train our models on your uploads or outputs.
  • Retention: We store uploads and outputs for 30 days, after which we delete them from our storage systems (subject to legal holds, backups with standard rotation, and necessary logs).
  • Outputs: You receive a license to use outputs you generate, subject to these Terms and applicable law. We do not guarantee that outputs won't resemble third-party works or be free of third-party claims.

7) Third-party services & model providers

We rely on third-party infrastructure and analytics, including Google Analytics, Stripe (payments), Mixpanel (event tracking), Cloudflare (storage/processing/CDN), and AI model providers (e.g., Google Gemini). Use of myframe means your data may be processed by these providers under their terms. If a third-party service is unavailable, we're not liable for resulting delays or unavailability, but we'll act promptly to restore service.

8) Availability

We aim for high uptime but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or third-party outages. Features may change over time.

9) IP complaints (notice & takedown)

If you believe content on myframe infringes your rights, email contact@myframe.ai with:

  • your contact info;
  • a description and location (URL/screenshot) of the content;
  • proof of rights/authorization;
  • a good-faith statement and signature.

We'll review and respond, and may remove content or suspend accounts where appropriate.

10) Privacy & data transfers

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and how long we keep it. We aim to store data in the region closest to the user; data may be transferred outside the EU for processing by our trusted providers. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs). You can request account deletion by emailing us from the account email.

11) Prohibited content & subscriptions

We do not refund subscription payments for requests that violate these Terms (e.g., minors, nudity, illegal or disallowed content) or on invalid images that don't meet our input rules. Generations that violate these Terms still count toward your daily limit.

12) Ownership

All rights in myframe, including software, prompts, system instructions, models, and branding, are owned by Chelodo B.V. or our licensors. Except for the licenses expressly granted, no rights are transferred.

13) Warranties & disclaimers

myframe is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that outputs will match previews or a specific aesthetic; you can adjust style parameters to get closer to your intended result.

14) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chelodo B.V. and its directors, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of myframe. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chelodo B.V. from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your use of myframe, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

16) Changes to the service or Terms

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we'll notify you (e.g., by email or in-product). Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

17) Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You and Chelodo B.V. submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Netherlands, except where mandatory consumer law grants you different rights.

18) Closing your account

You can request account deletion at any time via contact@myframe.ai. Deleting your account will cancel your subscription. You won't be charged for future billing periods, but you won't receive a refund for the current period unless covered by our Refund Policy.
